Application E-Filing Steps


The E-Filing process will proceed through the following sequence of steps to complete your Parking Occupancy Tax Collection Bond application.

  4. The following information is required to complete the Parking Occupancy Tax Collection Bond Application:

    • Business Information including title, name, SSN/FEIN, business address, and contact information.
    • Ownership Information including all owners, partners, corporate officers and shareholders, and percent of ownership.
    • Parking Facility Information including the address, type of parking facility, types of parking offered, start and end time of operations for each day of week, number of parking spaces, maximum vehicle occupancy, number of entrances, and revenue control equipment in place.

  5. Filer Information

You will be asked to provide the filers name, title and contact information and to declare that all the information provided in this application is true, correct and complete to the best of your knowledge. Submit to continue to the POT Collection Bond Application detail and review screen. Review, submit and load application.

    Once you have submitted your POT Bond Application the system will provide you with the required bond amount. If tax measures do not exist for the auto park location for which you are currently submitting a Parking Occupancy Tax Bond Application, you will be prompted to enter your estimated annual gross receipts. Please be aware that the estimated annual gross receipt entered will be subject to review by the Office of Finance.

  7. Receipt
  8. Print this page for your records. It will serve as confirmation of the submittal of your e-filing Parking Occupancy Tax Collection Bond Application.

    Please click on the links provided to complete, print, sign and mail the Parking Occupancy Tax Bond Form 001 or the Escrow Cash Deposit Form. If an Escrow Cash Deposit is being provided in Lieu of a bond, payment must be submitted in the form of money order or cashier's check. Escrow Cash deposit must be made in the amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the prescribed bond amount.
